Agape' Day Camp!

July 9-13 Our Saviour Lutheran Church was full of laughter, games, Bible study, crafts, nature activities, songs, skits, fun, and the Holy Spirit! 

We had 27 kids ranging from 1st-8th grade and 5 wonderful counselors take part in Agape' Day Camp this summer! 

 

 


The week's theme was "On Fire With the Spirit".  Each day the kids learned a little bit more about the Holy Spirit through the excellent programming provided by the counselors from Agape' + Kure Beach Ministries!  

Throughout the week, the middle schoolers also helped with various service projects including cleaning the OSLC Playground Equipment, making cards for our shut-ins, making and delivering lunches with MANNA! to people who were less fortunate than themselves, and they helped to paint some of the curbs in the OSLC Parking Lot!

It truly was a blessing to have Agape' Day Camp with us this year and we are all looking forward to next year!
