JUNIOR YOUTH LYO MISSION TRIP
Our middle school youth had the opportunity to attend a 3 day mission trip in Wilmington, NC where they served our neighbors in various locations around the city. Our middle schoolers joined with a little over 20 others from other congregations in Wilmington for a fun-filled weekend! Here are some pictures from our time together. LYO (Lutheran Youth Organization) is an organization for Lutheran Youth to have a voice in the NC Synod and it is run by Board made up of High School students who plan events like this one. So if you see any of our high-schoolers in these pictures it's because we have a very gifted group of leaders that were elected to this planning board by their peers.
